can access it. We recommend that you do not provide your password to anyone,
as you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your

your browser window when you have finished to ensure that others cannot

Public vs. Private
Once you have created a resume, you will have the
option of choosing a Public or Private setting. The Private setting will
prevent anyone other than you from viewing your online resume. The Public
setting makes your online resume viewable by selected hiring employers.
Although we use our best efforts to grant access to resumes only to appropriate
people, we cannot guarantee that only these people will have access to
your resume. At any time, you may reset the Public setting to Private,
however, we are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that
accessed your resume either while it is Public or Private.

In every e-mail we send, it is our policy to have instructions on how
to unsubscribe so that you will not receive any future e-mail messages:

Individual Software Inc. can not ensure or warrant the security of any
information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we

on our systems. When credit card information is transmitted we use industry

If you have selected to automatically renew your account each year, your
credit card information will be encrypted and stored on our secure server
in order to process future transactions. At any time, you may delete your
account and all personal and credit card information will be removed from

resources and Web sites. Additionally, ResumeMaker.com may offer co-branded
Web sites which contain both the ResumeMaker and a partner's logo. Individual
Software is not responsible for the privacy policies at these sites and
we encourage you to review the privacy policies at these sites to understand
exactly how they collect and use personally identifiable information.
Account Update or Removal
At any time, you may access your account to update
your personal information by visiting and signing-in to ResumeMaker.com.
If you would like to be completeley removed from our database and no longer
receive communication or service from ResumeMaker.com, then Delete your
account. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please contact
Individual Software's Customer Service department.
